Monica Aben Announces Debut EP “Everything I’ve Ever Known” Releasing July 26, 2024

Southern California-based singer-songwriter Monica Aben is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of her debut EP, Everything I’ve Ever Known, set to drop on July 26, 2024. This highly anticipated EP follows her acclaimed singles “Rearrange You” and “Time Will Take You,” showcasing her journey of self-discovery and the embrace of her true essence.
As a precursor to the EP, Monica is delighted to share its inaugural single, “Force Of Nature,” along with a captivating accompanying video. The video, a collaborative effort filmed and edited alongside her mother, Anna Marie Aben, is available for viewing now.
“Force Of Nature” made its debut this week on Glide Magazine and is now streaming on all major platforms. The track encapsulates Monica’s profound connection to nature and her journey of self-discovery. Monica describes the song as a meditation, inviting listeners to reconnect with their ancestral ties to the earth and embrace their innate power as forces of nature.
Reflecting on “Force Of Nature,” Monica shares, “I’ve spent the last two years reconnecting with my divine feminine and exploring the deep connection between humanity and nature. Through this journey, I’ve realized that we are all forces of nature, capable of profound transformation and regeneration. The world will continue to turn, and we will meet new versions of ourselves throughout life, but I’ve come to learn, that you only really meet the depths of yourself when you’re in nature.”
